Icahn Enterprises L.P. Announces Third Quarter Quarterly Distribution
NEW YORK, Nov. 5, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Icahn Enterprises L.P. (Nasdaq:IEP) declared a quarterly distribution for the third quarter of 2012 in an aggregate of $0.35 per depositary unit, comprised of a combination of $0.10 payable in cash and $0.25 payable in depositary units. The distribution will be paid on November 30, 2012 to depositary unit holders of record at the close of business on November 15, 2012.1

1Icahn Enterprises calculated the depositary units to be distributed based on the 20 trading day volume weighted average price of Icahn Enterprises' depositary units ending on October 31, 2012, resulting in .005978 of a unit being distributed per depositary unit.
