John Piazza has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of WestPoint Home, Inc. since May 16, 2008. Mr. Piazza has also served as a director on the board of WestPoint Home Inc. and its parent, WestPoint International, Inc. Prior to joining WestPoint, Mr. Piazza was a former senior corporate officer of Sara Lee Corporation and held various positions in divisions of Sara Lee, including the position of Vice President of Marketing and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Piazza received numerous awards of recognition during his career at Sara Lee, including being a 12-time recipient of the Record Performance Award for yearly profit and 7-time recipient of the President's Award for profit growth exceeding 15%. Mr. Piazza has 22 years of experience in apparel and over 32 years of experience in marketing and selling consumer packaged goods.
Mr. Piazza attended college at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut and graduate school at the University of Bridgeport, in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
